Function:
Specially designed and manufactured for extracting and filtering gas and fume generated from electronic soldering, laser carving, laser markup etc. DR series fume extraction systems can be used for dual workstation, ten workstations and more, also there are customized systems used for reflow soldering oven, selective soldering and so on.
Equipped with high performance and quiet motor can extract gas and fume efficiently then filtered by long life filters.
Control system is PWM speed adjustable; users can adjust the airflow speed precisely according to the volume of fume.
Standard automatic alarm function, system will alarm when the filter needs to be replaced. Filters are consisted of pre-filter, HEPA filter and gas filter. Pre-filter can filter particles, HEPA filter can filter micro particles with the diameter of 0.3micron up to 99.999%; gas filter can filter toxic gases efficiently.
